It is in what I would consider excellent shape with no major flaws other then some separation of the backing to the fabric behind the rows of beading on one sleeve

A wonderful hand dyed cherry red feather coat by Donald Brooks for Mainden Form made of soft ostrich feathers

It closes with a back painted metal zipper and there is a waist stay that closes with hook & eye

The bodice skims over the bust to the waist and the waist is accented by a contrasting printed border. Another border accents the high V neck. The bodice tops a sleek and simple skirt with a slight Aline cut and another accenting border around the hem and up one side. The sleeves are
