Staal in 2002. As a cross of two species, Golden Krieks combines the broad, rounded form characteristic of M. infracta with influence from the Bolivian species M. chaparensis. 'Crown Vista' was selected for the depth and saturation of its colour a rich magenta fuchsia to deep purple pink that intensifies toward the centre
