L'Anglore Tavel Vaucrose 2021 Skin Contact spearmint and basilSuch is the wealth of terroir in the cellars these days, the family decided this year to separate two distinct parcels, 'Vaucroze' is made from a maceration of whole bunches of Grenache, Cinsault and Clairette. This wine is then aged in concrete vats for 11 months before bottling. This has a beautiful wild raspberry heart, with superb definition.
