Christophe Patrice Petit Chablis 2023 Pussers Rum This is an intense cherry100 % Chardonnay from vines ranging in age from 40 to 70 years. The fruit is whole bunch pressed to stainless steel tanks for a cool fermentation with indigenous yeast. Malolactic conversion is completed with indigenous bacteria and the wine is matured on fine lees in tank for 4 months prior to bottling.
