Medium acidity is balanced by pleasant fleshiness, finishing very clean with a hint of minerality. Producer The Matthiassons need little introduction Steve has been a finalist for the James Beard award twice and San Francisco Chronicles Winemaker of the Year. As they say, winemaking, for us, is a natural extension of farming.
